Aerowisata was founded in Jakarta on June 30th 1973, as a subsidiary functioned to manage, operate,
and develop supporting services for Garuda Indonesia. Equipped with international flight catering
services, hotel & resort, travel & leisure, land transportation and cargo, Aerowisata managed to
stand as the biggest company in Garuda Indonesia Group.
Aerowisata keeps expanding its business network to
business centers or domestic and interational tourist
destination. For the effectiveness of its management,
Aerowisata established four divisions: Food Services
Division, Hotels & Resorts Division, Travel & Leisure
Division, and Transportation Services Division.
With such dynamic development in hospitality industries,
Aerowisata is committed to progressively innovating and
adapting to optimize any potential to achieve vision and
mission of the Company.

 Dear Insan Aerowisata,
How time files! We are nearing the end of the year, and soon we will welcome 2012.
As we know, it is a real pleasure to see how the subsidiary of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk, PT Aero Wisata, has surpassed the revenue target in 2011 more than Rp. 1.9 trillion or above 7,2% than budget.
We would like to convey genuine appreciation to all members Aerowisata Group for the achievement. In 2012 we will prepare our third term Aerowisata Business Plan "Productivity Enhancement", we need to act faster and more flexible than ever considering global challenges we face.
As you go about your daily work, I encourage you to fulfill all these challenges by assigning aggressive goals and then working to achieve them with persistence and enthusiasm.
We believe that those who face the challenge firmly usually reach their destination.
